This fixes NonlinearSolve CI (see the 1.11 windows ones, 1.10 ones aren't using this patch)

This has been taking a long time to fix windows now... should we just drop windows? I think we should just drop windows testing at this point.

Sorry i forgot about this -- CI is broken here for silly reasons and i forgot PRs were waiting, apologies. Merged and made a new release, and will try to get CI back online this week. Let me know if you need anything else fixing here.
