Fix[2288] - Support parenthesed expressions within Between

Supports SQL of the form:

SELECT * FROM tbl WHERE
day BETWEEN
  CAST(CAST((NOW() + INTERVAL '-30 day') AS date) AS timestamptz)
AND
  CAST(CAST((NOW() + INTERVAL '-1 day') AS date) AS timestamptz);
