Link wrapping modules against ITK's module interface library. Remove the inclusion of ITK_USE_FILE. The all ITK_INCLUDE_DIRS are added to the include paths for cast_xml.

@blowekamp can we merge this? I tested with the ITK Python Package build, and it worked, at least on Linux. |
