Hi Andrey,
I've modified the README.md in the pathomics folder quite a bit. I've added a new image and put the list of the most important and well maintained libraries for work with comp pathology there.
I think there is no value right now in overloading with tools that I've not even tested myself. This quite short list should be a good start for everyone dealing with digital pathology images in DICOM format.
Probably the same question about adding images as release updates as here: #85 will come up.
