We are using one of your solutions, we use the lower filter to avoid having problems because the "facts" are not in the correct case. The naming where visible naming is wanted is correct:

Either need to use {{ ansible_os_family | lower }} or name tasks after the reported name of "RedHat". I consider this a bug in the collection.
