变更说明：

  1. config/codegens.template.json 中增加 HeroUI Codegen 配置，技术栈是 React + TailwindCSS + @heroui/react；
  2. 新增 artifacts/hero-ui-renderer 作为 HeroUI Codegen 沙箱运行环境；
  3. 由于目前 LLM 模型对 HeroUI 并不熟悉，先采用 private-components rule 来描述可用的组件，在 Claude 3.7 Sonnet 模型下生成组件表现良好。
