Recent versions of Triton appear to have changed the default saving behavior (https://github.com/triton-lang/triton/blob/7d92894ae4e853831aa6783beee467acd0e9a7ec/python/triton/testing.py#L386). To ensure robustness and avoid potential errors, this PR explicitly adds code to create the output directory within the library. Additionally, provide a dedicated output path.
