some changes in settings.json file

hello aymen,

I made some changes in vscode setting.json file, which I consider necessary from my POV. plz sheck them out.
and plz make this PR hacktoberfest if it's still possible.

changes I consider extremely necessary:

• cursor style and animation
• show multiple tabs when you open multiple files
• toggle the menu bar when you press alt

changes less important:

• default dark theme
• typescript default formatter (I found this in the previews original settings.json file)
• "editor.linkedEditing": true (I found this in the previews original settings.json file)
