I am creating this PR so people can keep track of our effort on migrating to Paper-Only.
If you have some ideas or suggestions, feel free to leave a comment under this PR.

Things done so far:

  • Changed the Spigot API to Paper API
  • Moved to Java 21+
  • Make use of the paper-plugin.yml file. Read more here.

Here is a list of tickets that are related to this PR and could be solved using this PR: #10, #15 and #172

Edit the plugin.yml to make sur the plugin is in the "Paper Plugins:" list when you type /plugins!

This is a good point. I think we are free to move to Java 21, even if we continue supporting 1.17.1+. I will make this change.
