Summary

• The safety-corpus release: guard-core-php 4.3.0 tracks the guard-core 4.3.0 release. The engine gains the spec 12 event bus with dynamic rules and Redis-backed metrics persistence (PRs feat: land the spec 10 geo lifecycle and spec 12 event bus parity ports #43, feat: persist metrics across requests via Redis #48), the spec 10 geo download and refresh lifecycle (PR feat: land the spec 10 geo lifecycle and spec 12 event bus parity ports #43), the spec 04 ReDoS safety gates over PCRE plus the performance monitor (PR feat: port the section 04 redos safety gates to pcre (spec 4.1.0) #39), and the three new spec 4.1.0 conformance runners - pattern_safety, events, redis_interop - with fail-closed xfail baselines (PR feat: land the spec 4.1.0 pattern_safety, events and redis_interop conformance runners #46).
• The suite sits behind a 100%-line coverage gate (every executable line covered or provably unreachable, PRs chore(scaffold): community health files, engine dev-stamp alignment #37/ci: enforce the 100% line coverage gate #38 and the follow-up campaign), and the hex-escape attack indicator carries the reference's parity backslash again, unbreaking the PHP 8.5 PCRE2 fatal in the binary-noise gate (PR fix(detection): restore the hex-escape attack indicator's parity backslash #50).
