Hi,

since I needed an updated package with 10.0.6 I thought I'd put the small update to debian/rules into a PR.
This simply sets GRK_BUILD_JPEG to OFF , as Debian packages should in general not contain embedded libs and a build required network connection for the git clone as well.

I created the packages by updating the changelog
gbp dch --debian-branch=debian-packaging-master-v10.0.6 --snapshot debian
and starting the build using git-buildpackage and pbuilder:
gbp buildpackage --git-dist=sid --git-ignore-new

grk_compress from this package worked fine on bookworm.

P.S.:
Actually building against bullseye appears to work fine as well.

Thanks very much for the PR. As bookworm is in freeze, I'm not in a hurry to release 10.06 for Debian, but when I do, I will certainly make this change to disable jpeg build. Going to close this, but thanks again.
