134 Ryzen SKUs that were missing from data/cpu/amd, from List of AMD Ryzen processors.

• Records are verified: false and follow existing conventions:
  • Slugs put PRO before the model number and spell "+" as plus (ryzen-ai-max-plus-pro-495).
  • Architecture is "Zen N" from the table's section.
  • Segment: Threadripper is hedt and filed under enterprise/; mobile, handheld and embedded are laptop.
  • TDP: a desktop cTDP range stores the default (upper) value; a laptop range stores tdp_w low and max_tdp_w high, as in existing records like the 5800U.
• Skipped:
  • 8 rows with no release date and 5 with no architecture in their section.
  • Rows repeated with conflicting specs.
  • The 1600 AF: Wikipedia files it under Summit Ridge (Zen), but it's a 12 nm Zen+ part.
• Existing slugs were deduped both with and without the amd- prefix.
