feat(data/soc): add Wikipedia URLs for 89 confirmed chips

What & why

Add an English Wikipedia URL to 89 SoC records from a 300-record sample across 3 brands. The heading matches the Wikipedia row, and at least two specs agree. Year-only, process-only, and GPU-only rows were not written. Ambiguous and contradicting rows were left unchanged.

Of the 300: CONFIRM 89, AMBIGUOUS 10, NOTFOUND 201, CONTRADICT 0. Suspected mismatches (non-exact heading, year-only confirm, single-spec confirm) were 0. This sample does not overlap the 1,100 records already processed in #206, #211, #213, and #214.
