This huge PR renames Rainbow Cacti to Rainbow Cactus.
Why?
-Why is a single cactus named with plural form of the word? made no sense
-Other languages than English use singular as well
-No one in the world would search "Rainbow Cacti" in NEI, only "Rainbow Cactus".
-Even the code has it called Rainbow Cactus in half the appearances.
