Initial release

The current state of the scripts provides all the tools for the simplification and conversion workflow as shown in the SpaceClaim neutronics workshop 2023 held in Fusion for Energy on December 2023.

The tools at the current state have been used for the generation of the F4E_JT-60SA neutronics model and some of its diagnostics and systems.
