docs: remove self-hosted AI (addAi) [PRD-805] - #17

The self-hosted AI feature (addAi / createAiProvider) is removed from the product (unused in production). Delete the self-hosted-ai page, its nav entry, and the agent.addAi API reference. Repoint the "Self-hosted AI" integration card to the Forest Runtime AI provider option, which is the current way to route AI through your own OpenAI/Anthropic keys.
