Added few items to get quantity menu reflected from weight and crates / troops limit.

Added a call to refresh quantity menus for the group right after menu creation.

This is actually only useful for bigger helos like the hook, right?

Not at all. Now when you jump in, you can only see what you can carry no mater the size. even for troops. both weight limit and crates amount / troops amount is now reflected upon jumping it.

When the stock is changed, it will update the menu, not all the refreshf10menus, rather only the sub menu of quantity, I'm verry proud of it. I even added Weight limit reached as a text in the menu instead of get and load, or crates limit reached, which ever is the one reached.

I was calling self:_RefreshQuantityMenusForGroup() from the refreshf10menus function to get the quantity going but I had to make it one time thing otherwise it would call it every 30 seconds due to onafterstatus.
