Release 2.7 (Dec 2023)

  • Enhanced error checking in the plate files. The scripts now verify that the names provided for the input Index Set in the A1 position of each plate in the Excel sheet accurately match the index database (i.e., sets A, B, C, and D).
  • Improved the readability of output errors.

Downloads (core v2.7 updated with GUI Sept 2024)

  • Get the .exe file for GUI on Windows 11 machines
  • The .zip archive is for the Legacy R-version of the script, fully functional on Windows, Linux and MacOS but requires RScript to be installed and command-line prompt to be executed
  • MacOS user running ARM chips (processor M- series) can try the GenerateMiSeqManifest-MacOS-arm.zip file. The app inside has not been tested. If you encounter any problem please open an Issue with as many details as possible. Alternatively, MacOS user can run the .py script cloning the repository and following the instruction in the README documentation
