The new nomad version's reply to a job's status contains a timestamp
SubmitTime(orSubmit Date), see http-api-tests-tls/broccoli-nomad/api-v1-instances-edit-parameter-start/expected/response-data . This results in red tests when comparing with==. Luckily,jqcan do various comparisons, see https://stedolan.github.io/jq/manual/v1.4/#ConditionalsandComparisons . Still, this new option is far from beautiful. One thing that i strongly dislike is that the new option is set per directory, not per test. So if you feel that this is too fuzzy, feel free to reject it and I'll think of something more granular.
