Change threat to match other frigates, change TMD to UEF style, reduce radius of TMD because it functions well.

ATM there's no TMD for nomads at t2 stage except for Frigate which is the reason the TMD range is this long. Otherwise, they weren't able to defend the fleet properly even if TMD worked well. |

This is true. However, frigates are cheap. There can be more of them, making a more effective defense. |
