[No QA] Docs updates for E/A#98336 document Home Concierge prompt box

Explanation of Change

#98336 adds a Concierge prompt box to the top of the For you section on the Home page. It shows today's date and a time-of-day greeting with the user's first name (Good morning / Good afternoon / Good evening), and lets users type a message — or attach a file — and send it straight to Concierge.

This updates the Expensify Home Overview help article to document the new prompt box:

• Adds a How the Concierge prompt box works on Home section describing the greeting, date, input placeholder, + attachment button, and Send behavior.
• Lists the Concierge prompt box under What Home shows.
• Adds a How do I message Concierge from Home? FAQ entry.
• Updates the article keywords and internalScope.

All UI labels were verified against the live web app (greeting Good <morning/afternoon/evening>, <first name>., date Tuesday, August 25, placeholder Ask Concierge to analyze your expenses or get support / Ask Concierge anything, + and Send controls, Send disabled until text is entered) and follow HELPSITE_NAMING_CONVENTIONS.md, HELP_AUTHORING_GUIDELINES.md, and TEMPLATE.md.
