Description

Describe the changes
See title

What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
You can switch quickly to stop the UsedItem event

What is the new behavior? (if this is a feature change)
The UsedItem event will be called if you switch too quickly off of an item. There's also a new bool in UsedItemEventArgs, CausedByHolstering which indicates if the even was triggered by holstering an item being used

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)
