Fix uuid handling
3192501 
- fromAlias is not used and was a remnant from sdk upgrade
- accountUUID should be grabbed after start()
- ios sdk does not reliably associate the name passed into prepare() with the accountUUID but the ufvk is

Emit balance after rescan
