Adds a docs page for AI Guardrails, a DefectDojo Pro feature that checks Claude Code prompts and tool calls against a central policy through Claude Code's HTTP hooks:
docs/content/triage_findings/findings_workflows/PRO__ai_guardrails.md, next to AI Governance Policies.The page covers:
managed-settings.json, with the per-OS paths and the fail-closed and managed-hooks-only options;/api/v2/ai_guardrails/endpoints.The slug is the one the in-app walkthrough's "Learn more" link points at:

Docs only. The page uses only
/api/v2/paths, asdocs/README.md("Documenting API access") requires. Its internal link (/admin/feature_flags/pro__feature_flags/) is the same one the AI Governance Policies page uses.Documentation
This PR is the documentation. It should merge together with the Pro change it describes.
