This is a working PR to keep track of this development. pixi build can compile fans on the fly every time an pixi install or pixi run is called. The dependencies will be pulled 100% from conda-forge, which could make development a little bit easier.

+ only problem: FANS is run from global scope - if pixi global fans is there, that one is run....
