This Fiji workflow is written in the '.ijm' language.
It detects the cross-section of myofibers based on the cellpose wrapper by PTBIOP and creates a label image.
In the second step, MorpoLibJ takes the label image and generates ROIs,
from which it measures the principal axes and fiber cross-section area.
