With the new atom, parsedeps slices got improved with support tracking extra and test requires. For the evadb project, we get more packages compared to 10.7.x. The version detection has also improved.
We no longer report numpy version 2, since the project uses 1.26.4. The case for sqlalchemy (name) has improved and the version for ray is also detected correctly as 2.4.0
