Re-enable spigot tick limiting, default at 1,000 ( check your settings, it might be at 50 )

What does that mean? My current values are 10 for tiles and 25 for entities.

They were hard-coded to not allow skipping ( 1000 and 1000), but now skipping has been re-allowed.
