User Story

User clicks register on header or in login popup and is taken to registration page
User enters email and username and password x 2 and has 'remember me' option
User submits info and is returned to start
User sees "Confirm membership" message until they confirm
User gets email to confirm membership
User confirms membership and becomes a "Citizen Scientist"
