Add support for 1280x768p60hz and 1366x768p60hz video modes

Looks like this PR is incomplete. The sources of 5.15 do show that also minimum hw_sc2.c do also support these modes.
Please add them as well, thx!

5.15 ? do You mean 4.9 ? I have access only to GXL (S905X,S905D) and SM1 (S905X3) devices so I cannot test changes for other soc families. I can add those video modes for other soc families but I don't think it is a good idea to push not tested code.

These display modes are used in latest code base. And they are very rare used so I see no problem to just addthem.
Please check latest code base here: https://github.com/CoreELEC/common_drivers

And you can see where it all needs to be backport to 4.9 kernel.

I added new video modes also for SC2 family. With this PR additional video modes are still NOT supported only for gxbb and gxtvbb but as I understand 4.9 kernel does not support those families in CoreELEC ?
