tried to use yarn up nth-check -R and also yarn up on the parents none succeeded in updating the nth-check version under css-select adding a line in resolutions specific to that css-select

Purpose
updated the nth-check version under css-select. The version needs to be 2.0.1 or later
Changes
tried to use yarn up nth-check -R and also yarn up on the parents none succeeded in updating the nth-check version under css-select adding a line in resolutions specific to that css-select. I set to use 2.1.1 the same as the rest that was already getting that 2.1.1. version
