Reviewer guidelines

1. A reviewer should check out the Pull Requests with the label status: ready for review where the reviewer is asked for the review.
2. Once the review is complete, there are two scenarios:
   • Changes requested: Reviewer should comment the requested changes and change the label back to status: development
   • Accepted: Reviewer should comment his/her approval and change the label to status: reviewed
