[Term Entry] Javascript string method : codepointat

Description

Created the entry for the term of the codePointAt() method, which retrieves the Unicode code point of a character at a given index position in a string.
I am currently finishing off my Git/Github course on CodeAcademy, and this was a project to practice collaborating with Github Community and most importantly contributing to the CodeAcademy Docs repository.
Working on this project gave me the chance to reinforce what I learned and apply it in a real world interactive project.
