Overview
Adds a new SCIM provisioning with Okta guide at
/cloud/security/scim-setup(private preview / Enterprise), covering console setup (enable SCIM, tokens, role mapping), Okta SCIM connector configuration, group push, testing, best practices, troubleshooting, and FAQ.Related doc updates replace prior “SCIM not supported” wording: the production readiness user-lifecycle section now describes Okta SCIM in private preview; SAML SSO setup notes SCIM alongside JIT provisioning; and the cloud guides and cloud access management indexes link to the new page.
