Libgcrypt version has been upgraded to 1.9.3 as it has addressed some major security vulnerabilities over previous versions. Libgpg-error upgraded to version 1.41 . On MacOS/iOS platform, the new libgcrypt gives error with "getentropy", which also causes issue with AppStore submission as Apple branded "getentropy" as private api. So, Libgcrypt is configured with UNIX's default random generator.
