Also, update file names for targeted version as ARM versions are now

The Travis failure seemed to be the fault of brew update failing. I've restarted that particular job and it's already past that part. I think it was transient. I've committed your suggestion for the message in the CMake file though

@jcfr, I've opened an issue (#12 ) for the backporting suggestion from your comment. I'm going to move forward with this release and look to do that as future work.

I've opened an issue (#12 ) for the backporting suggestion from your comment. I'm going to move forward with this release and look to do that as future work.
