This PR adds the following macros:
\paulimeter(e.g.\paulimeter{P}displays a\metergate tagged with "P" in its upper-left corner)\xmeter, equivalent to\paulimeter{X}\ymeter, equivalent to\paulimeter{Y}\zmeter, equivalent to\paulimeter{Z}On top of that, to avoid code duplicity, it redefines
\meterto\paulimeter{}, with no visual change.The tutorial has been updated accordingly.
