Added form management extension.
The new restrict.yaml configuration file allows you to restrict access to individual form items based on groups. The smallest possible restriction is always applied. A user must have restrictions in all groups on the same item if you want to restrict it.
Superuser is unrestricted, standard restrictions are applied to users without groups according to permission settings. Individual form entries are not filtered.
