Proposal for the new internal CANopen device database.

- New file CanOpenDevice.cs. Contains all necessary enums, classes,
  Object Dictionary, JSON exporter and importer.
- Some enums moved from eds.cs file.
- Complex data types removed from enum.
- No integration into other code - main program unchanged.
