提交这个 pr 的原因：

在是用到滑动监听接口的时候认为顶部的按钮和 title 对我的需求而言是多余的，从而萌生了增加此配置功能的念头。
即使我的实现有问题这个配置需求的变更也是有意义的。希望能考虑下。

我对代码做的修改：

在 PickerOptions 文件中添加了标志位 topBarVisible(是否显示标题栏? 默认 VISIBLE)
其他文件的修改以此为中心展开
在 app(moudle) 中添加了一个此效果的示例
