1. Paper plan layouts for the visuals
2. Merge the datasets into one programmatically(SQLite3 probably easiest) and thin out the dimensions to necessary ones
3. Implement the visualisation
4. Implement the interaction(StS task 3)

Columns: dt(date), country, average temp, average temp uncertainty, CO2 emissions, population, year(may be redundant)
