UI: Improved landing page design

📄 Description

This PR improves the landing page UI to make it modern, consistent, and visually appealing. Replaced emojis with consistent React Icons, added gradient buttons and hover effects for better interactivity, enhanced hero section with a glowing background effect, unified card styles across features, how-it-works, and stats sections, improved spacing, alignment, and contrast for readability, Introduced a clean footer with copyright & social links.
