Added StaffModeGUI2 Placeholders from the Feedback site (The placeholder is %staffmodegui_staffonline% permission is staffmodegui.staff)
Moved /staffmode reload to /staffmodereload for console support
Added a check to the Fly menu, if you are in Creative mode it will not disable your flight
