Regenerate azure-search-documents from spec commit 491ca87fe55d91c1ae8670b3ffd9465b6ed7639d and bump to version 12.1.0.

Notes

Regeneration produces identical generated code — the spec delta between the old pin (2f1ecce) and new pin (491ca87) does not affect the Java emitter output for the 2026-04-01 API version.

Tests run: 245, Failures: 0, Errors: 22 (all test-proxy infrastructure), Skipped: 4

All 22 errors are TestProxyManager.proxy is null — test proxy binary unavailable in the build environment. No functional test failures.

Done — regenerated from commit 18ebae7ea8f6aefd83268aacdb1f480b24842726 and updated tsp-location.yaml + CHANGELOG accordingly. The generated code is identical (the "Remove empty model DebugInfo" spec change doesn't affect the Java emitter output since DebugInfo was already in implementation/models and not exposed publicly).
