Pull request overview
Backports the fix from #32847 to address a CredScan false positive by adding suppressions for known dummy ARO test values, keeping CI CredScan signal clean.
Changes:
- Added three new CredScan placeholder suppressions for dummy
client_secret/client_idvalues used in ARO unit tests.
