I checked if the Linux OFED version that we use for ConnectX5 will work for ConnectX6, and apparently not, 4.5 only supports CX5. So I added the links to 4.7-1.0.0.1 OFED, this is the one that Jithin uses in his HPC image.

I tested on CentOS 7.7 and Red Hat 7.4, 7.5 and 7.6. All looked OK but 7.5, where the kernel version was not supported by OFED. It looks like it needs 3.10.0-862.43.1.el7.x86_64, but I do not know where to download that rpm from.

Wasn't there a 4.7-3.2.9 released in December? According to the release notes, it has more CX-6 support for Linux, though only in alpha for Ethernet.

Does this PR need to be open still?
I am unsure if the issue still exists given 4.7 is being used for CX6 in the resources file today.
