Three icons (activity, send-to-tablet, tablet) contained a style and class for setting the fill, likely just left over from creating the SVG. To support upcoming React components, this PR removes the style.
Also, I added a
npm run buildstep to package.json which will use the grunt command in the local node_modules and doesn't need a global grunt installed.
