This documentation repository should be helpful in terms of how we want to collaborate together

The following documentations are created two years ago and have to be resturctured.
The plan is, the community will review and discuss these points and will enrich the documentation to an commited state.
So feel free to suggest or criticize any current "standard" - all good.
