Move SDK from src/sdk to src/

Description

Move SDK from src/sdk to src/ (the previous code was at packages/sdk/src/sdk/*), which was bothering me.

Remove packages/sdk/scripts in favor of consolidated location in src/scripts. Add README for src/scripts.

Add a script to claim rewards for a specified user

npm run sdk:claim-rewards -- user --handle <handle>
