Use project-managed wasm-pack to install the WASM target and select the CLI matching Cargo’s resolved dependency, replacing the exact wasm-bindgen pin and manual setup steps.
Add Node tests against the workspace-linked package and run them in CI. See “Layout” in DEV.md.
